Unacceptable Service from staff at Flysafair counter

Good Morning

My experience this morning at your check in counter needs to be addressed and I would appreciate feedback urgently.

While I do not object to the procedural issue at hand, namely refusing to allow me to fly on an expired driver's license, the attitude of Esther at the check in counter is a serious indictment to your brand and has left a seriously unpleasant taste in my mouth. My flight was FA -258.

She was rude, unhelpful, obstructive and frankly, a real discredit to your airline. My company flies extensively, both within and outside South Africa. I use Safair whenever it is required to fly. To date I have been very happy with all personnel encountered. May I assume that since the demise of your competitor, sub standard behavior is acceptable?

Should I not receive a satisfactory response, I fully intend to take this matter further.
