Unacceptable service from Flysafair

I booked return flights with Flysafair. They changed the times by by almost 5 hours on both departure and return flights of which I cannot make the times/flights. Due to covid I dont want to accept vouchers which I most likely not use. They refuse to refund me cash and insist I must accept the vouchers.
