UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE

I arrived at Cape Town Airport for a 16.45 flight to Durban. After waiting an hour to board at 5.15pm after asking the staff on numerous occasions due to no communication we were told the flight would be delayed by 4 hours. Departure at 9pm and no explanation or apology. We are here supporting this airline and they continuously fail to advise what is going on. Shocking service. At 8.30pm I had to ask about boarding times again which I was to 8.40pm. Another lie and no explanation. It is now 9pm and no aeroplane in site???
