Unacceptable service

I have only had horrible experiences with this airline. Where have you ever heard that an airline only has 3 mobile planes. 1 to Durban, 1 to George and another to Cape Town. We were supposed to leave at 09:55 this morning, it is now 13:34 and we are delayed for the 3rd time.

Maybe you people only see booking numbers but we are people with families and responsibilities. It would have been human to attempt to make another plan by now. I previously was on a delayed flight with Kulula who changed us to another airline.

I am completely disgusted with this level of service. We could have all been on other flights with an alternative and more considerate airline by now. UNACCEPTABLE!
