Unacceptable customer service

Safair refuse to refund me my money after they changed the flight due to operational constraints, so in other words lack of resources!

now I am forced to fly with them when i cannot make that time slot..

Safair are in the wrong and therefore should refund my money so i can use another airline that suits my needs..
