Unacceptable

Safair FA330 flight I am currently overseas till 2 January 2019. My mother is 73 and father 85. Mother have lupus father had 2 open heart surgeries and you let them wait from yhis morning till afyer 15h00 at the airport????? Thry are boyh stressed worried. First the flight was delayed then overheated. What are you doing? Customer service safety. I hope you will refund cover or do something regarding this. It is unacceptable. What have you done for people much older in this regard???? I am furious. And never in my life will I ise not recommend this!!!!!
