Unable to purchase ticket special

I tried for hours today 25/8/2015 to purchase the R1 ticket special for us and also my parents. The website kept on crashing or was unavailable. This is just bad. I also tried to purchase tickets for my parents who will be having their 50th wedding anniversary in December 2015. They are pensioners and can usually not afford to buy airtickets. This would have been an ideal opportunity to help them to have a great 50thanniversary by getting tickets for such a bargain.
