Unable to cancel/change flight and No Refund

I booked flight yesterday at 5pm at 7:30pm I attempted to cancel or change the flight however got a message that cancellations is not allowed I tried to contact support but the call centre operate from 7am to 7pm,I called at 7am and was told I have missed the flight and forfeited ticket.
