****ty service from Safair call centre

After 19 calls (calls are disconnected after 3 secs) I held the line for 33 mins. Then the call centre agent "could not hear" me & put the phone down. What sort of amateur hour operation is this? Its no wonder that there is "industrial action", clearly the company is cuytting corners & peoples safety is at risk!
