Try to cancel your flight with Flysafair

This is the worst service I have ever experienced!! Trying to cancel a flight a week before the flight date is basically impossible!! You have to stay on the line for at least half an hour to get nowhere!! Finally getting someone to talk to and she puts down the phone in my ear!!! Never ever will I fly with them again or recommend anyone to make a booking with them!! Have you ever in our day and age found something to ridiculous with something so important as to get a flight cancelled!!!
