Try another airline please.

Flight FA294. Saturday 27 July. I was told to check in a glass vase separately which I did. Paid the money. Got promised that the item will be handled properly and it would arrive intact in Cape Town. It was broken when it arrived in Cape Town. It was wrapped well and a guarantee given it will be looked after. Staff in JHB are rude and unhelpful. Onboard flight crew were extremely childish. Tickling each other, rubbing each other's backs, in and out of the ****pit and staying there for 10 minutes at a time. Totally unprofessional airline. Dont use them I won't be using this airline again.
