Troubling delay in assistance

<p>booked online a flight to JHB and no confirmation for 1, the next thing i checked to see what time my return flight to Cape Town lands and found out that the booking i made was not verified corectly on their side. called today and was told their IT needs to investigate. I called them to find out what was happening and the fault was on our side. The consultant was no helpful at all. called again and was told there was nothing they could do and we are just needing to pay another flight 1200. Why is it that no confirmation was sent?</p> <p>The flight i was to have been on 20:15 and 08:15. There is no money to book ankther flight, accomomdation,. Still waitimg on response. Somehing seriuosly went wrong online.</p>
