Triple Charged, Not refunded yet.

I tried booking a flight on FlySafair during their R299 sale. The first two times I got to the payment section and when I entered card details the site crashed. Eventually I managed to get a confirmed booking but I was charged for the two unconfirmed bookings. I have emailed them regularly without getting my money back. It has been more than a month now and I am owed over R2000!
