Treats and poor service from fly safar

Poorly service….. Flysafair inconvenienced us after our flight got delayed for 3hrs 30mnts 29 jan - received vouchers of 80 rands @ 23:20 when we’re told to use them when we come back 31sth jan now they telling us now the voucher is no longer valid, and called the police on us a lady called Nozipho the supervisor on duty was beyond being rude she ended up telling my colleague that she will meet her on Twitter and write **** about her because she is on tv . Never been so traumatised my entire life , unnecessary drama . The lady by the counter owes us an apology nobody deserves to be shouted like this . I’m very disappointed. Never again as a company we using your services
