Treated terribly

I was humiliated by an agent at the baggage payment area. It was my first time using this airline so I wanted to know how the baggage situation would work be since they were of different sizes and I wasn't sure. She then proceeded to humiliate me and not answer me. She was on duty on 27/032022. I was catching the 7:00 am flight from O.R to Cape Town

I will never use this airline again because this lady was so rude
