Treated like an animal !!!

Flight FA121 OR Thambo to CPT landed in unexpectedly landed PE , with no explanation was due to Land in CPT 14 June 2019 21:30. This flight was delayed overnight due back to CPT 9:00am then again postponed to 11:am. People had to sit through a cold night at a completely different city!! Their consolation was an eating voucher for R80 !!! Everyone was left cold and tired. NO ecplenation or sleeping arrangements was made. Disgusted.I came from my sisters funeral flying back to 3 very sick children. Know this airline will drop you and leave you cold and stranded for overnight for 14 hours and feel absolutely nothing
