Treated like a ******** by SAFAIR

Shocking treatment by staff at the airport. I was completely humiliated by your staff at the Port Elizabeth airport when i was travelling to CT. My bag was 2cm on two sides too big to take on as hand luggage, and after I had already been through 2 check points as I was standing in the front of the boarding que I was confronted by a man, Mr Busilelywa and told to go to the front of the airport. He then called over the intercom very loudly to a Ms Bekker who came and also told me to go to the front and check in my bag. Both of them spoke very loudly to me and over their radios to everyone who was connected. Everyone in the airport looked at me as Mr Busilelywa escorted me to the front where he explained loudly to everyone in the que why I was pushing in the front and again by the cashier. They described me, what I was wearing and the bag that I had with me, over their radios in very loud voices. The entire time I was made to feel like I was a ******** and I am very upset by the manner in which they handled it. Furthermore, once I had landed in CT I discovered that someone had ****** a big bag of sweets that I had put in the front of my luggage which was intended for my children. All of this contributed to me having an unpleasant start to my time in CT.
