Travelstart....get rid of Flysafair

<p>Flysafair is your WORST nightmare. We had to contact them 5 times to change our flight details. Eventually got on the plain form Lanseria to Cape Town and went to pick up our luggage........uhm! NO luggage. Went to their office to let them no that we have not received our luggage. The lady while busy on her cellphone said that she will contact us as soon as she finds the suitcase. Not really looking my friend in the eyes.....she is too busy with her cellphone.</p> <p>I phoned Lanseria and they said that they have send the suitcase with another airline and it will be in Cape Town within the next hour. They said they have already got confirmation from the airline but NO CONFIRMATION FROM flysafair. It is because she is busy on her cellphone - no time to sort out clients queries. It took me 3 minutes to find our where the suitcase was. </p> <p>Travelstart....get rid of Flysafair - they are only giving you a bad name as we have booked through you!</p>
