Totally Unacceptable Service

FlySafair flight FA271 delayed from 17:05, then to 22:30 and now 23:10. I'm traveling with my children 2,7,10 and nieve who is 2 months old who have school tomorrow and they have had to resort to sleeping on the waiting chairs under very cold. Aircorns.. This is totally unacceptable and there is no communication from anyone unless you ask and the stories don't correspond. I'm beyond disappointed at FlySafair. This is the sms's I'm getting now..

"Your FlySafair flight FA271 will now depart at 23:40 at Gate A18. Gates will close 15min before departure. Many thanks for your patience.<br/>".

But now they have updated their board to this.. 23:35..

Then they send 5 SAPS to control us? We have been taken for granted here!

No Gautrain available to get who at this time.. How do they think we'll get home?

I've never been so upset!
