Totally Pathetic

I would rather give a zero rating as I made a booking on 29 March and due to unforeseen circumstances cancelled same day after making payment . I requested a refund and was told to state my reasons so it can be escalated as i was not going to utilize their services and when i contacted via official whatsapp group was told refund would reflect in 7-21 days after i quoted my reference number and the individual on the whatsapp group also promised it would be credited as pr original payment method so I asked how would i know as i made a cash payment at Pick n Pay the individual responded i should check in daily via whatsapp to see if payment was made so I checked again on Monday June 10 and I was told by the whtsapp group my refund was declined taking into consideration i did allocate this funds as an expectation was created that i would recieve my funds as per whtasapp thread and till this day no credit note nor correspondence from them so this is basically theft as my funds were forfeited , this is the most pathetic deplorable service I have ever received and how can they be allowed to ***** ones money and ignore that fact my reference number YFFWQJ and given the fact it was cancelled same day and if i hadn't made payment it would've been cancelled and the time-frame was ample enough as it was not a last minute cancellation . Are companies allowed to rob us customers in this manner as i didnt utilize their services and will definitely not recommend nor use them again . If they had deducted an admin fee i would've accepted this but they just stole the entire amount which is totally ******** as its companies like these that thrive on taking advantage of innocent customers please assist me in this regard to ensure this entity is brought to justice and will not take advantage of people
