Totally disgusted

I tried to get assistance from a booking agent Aliyah in or thambo airport she had no person at her desk but was doing a booking when I approached her I asked her if I could ask her a quick question as to where I must hand my luggage in she refused to speak to me and asked me to join the line again when I did get assisted I went to the luggage check in and it was closed I had to book the next flight which costed me an extra R800, when all she could have done was give me 2min of her time to direct me in the right direction. I'm totally disgusted and unhappy with the service I received. I would like a call so we can discuss this matter. ***
