Total dishonesty!

Being a regular flyer I book my flights online. The flight amount was deducted on 18 February but the booking was not made. I made another booking and paid again - as I have to fly. I requested a refund that was granted and a promise was made that the money will be paid within 7 to 21 days. It is end of April and no refund has been made. Also no one is responding to my queries. This is completely dishonest. I will report this to every watch dog and consumer ombud until I get resolution.
