TOO EXPENSIVE, UNWARRANTED CHARGES

This is by far the worse airline in SA, when it comes to charges. They literally charge u a minimum of R300/per change for any type of change u make to your flight. So, for example if u want to change the time of your flight and say location, the total cost of that will be R600 (for the 1 leg), if this is a return flight and u want to make changes there then u will pay R1200.

If u then think that is too much to cancel each leg of the flight is R300, so canceling both legs will cost R600.

This has just happened to me, and I canceled my flights more than 2 days before the flight. I hate that they also force u to reuse them as they don't refund u in cash, but rather in rebates towards your next flight with them.

And they will charge full price for those seats that r now available for resale.

I wouldn't recommend them. It's sad that most airlines r not available for local travel.
