Toddler seated alone on empty plane

Had the worst experience checking my family in at Cape Town international returning home today on the last flight out to O.R Tambo . Sipho at the Cape Town counter was very rude , very poorly trained and had the worst attitude I’ve ever had to deal with. The amount of bags we paid for did not correspond with the amount he was letting us take . He then seated us all sepereayelty including my 2 year old niece when the flight wasn’t even full because we were complaining about his attitude. He was getting very aggressive and wanted to take the fight outside . Is this the kind of people you employ ? Sipho should be fired immediately in my opinion . We asked to speak to a manager on several occasions and nobody could help . I would rather take a bus next time .
