Tickets cancelled without notification.

My tickets were cancelled without any form of notification. I only realised this on the day I wanted to check-in. Fly safair call center could not advise why the tickets were cancelled and agreed with me that this situation was not right but they still refused to rectify the situation in any way. This is what happens when there is no competition.
