Ticket cancelled without consent

A ticket was purchased, and the seat confirmed Booking Receipt Email #TKP8AT, upon arrival at the airport this morning I was advised that my flight has been cancelled. I would like a full investigation as to who cancelled my ticket and a full cash refund as this is *****. When I got home and opened my email, there was a cancellation email sent and when I call the number *** it does not exist. Should I log a SAPS case
