Ticket Cancelled

Hello Peter,<br> I have a complaint against the above mentioned company, I booked a ticket on the 1st for the 4th returning on the 5th from East London to Cape Town. I was at the airport on time but the person I was travelling with was running late so the lady who assisting me printed me proof of the booking and told me to keep it since I was not boarding at the time, I will have to pay penalties when I decide to travel again. I couldn't travel the following day because I had plans for the 6th, I came back to book another day I was told my tickets have been cancelled, I feel I have been treated unfairly because their supervisor tells me the is nothing they could do yet I was told I could use the tickets now they I forfeited my money. <br> <br> Please help I am very frustrated<br> Loyido
