Ticket canceled without notice.. No reason given

My one ticket was canceled without notification, we booked two tickets and both were confirmed at the Time.. we even received a booking receipt via email but on the day the check in said they had no booking for one of the two tickets.. No reason given, we had to rebook tickets for a later flight which cost us R900 extra each , total extra cost R1800 .. We are Obviously not happy with this Safair.
