Ticket Cancelation to Cape Town

I have canceled the tickets 2 years ago for a trip to Cape Town. This was done due to ill-health of our son. I requested cancelation via Trip monster as I booked through them. I got the cancelation number CA 154633 and up to now I have not received any response and no refund. My booking was ***3 for 4 people
