This level of service is appalling.

I am absolutely furious and disgusted.

I handed in my baggage with a cable tie lock secured on it. Upon receiving it, the cable tie was deliberately cut and removed. Not only that, my vanity case inside was opened and tampered with.

This is a complete violation of trust and basic decency. My belongings were handled carelessly and without authorization. For a flight company, this is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional.

I demand an immediate explanation for how this happened, who accessed my bag, and what you intend to do to rectify this situation. I expect a response without delay.
