******* that have no shame with rude staff that do not know how to speak to people, i booked a return flight with flysafair on the 13 Sep 2019 to fly 27 Sep 2019 and due to some unfoseen circumstances had to make changes on my flight i had paid R1457 for the return flight and whn i wanted to do changes for the 11 October 2019 coming back Sunday 13th that flight came up to 600 which meant that i had to forfeit the rest of tge money initially paid and on top of that they told me i needed to pay 900 for the changes, because i need to travel I've ended up paying R2357 in total those people don't care no client care whatsoever they just in it to **** people out of their hard earned money I'm absolutely disgusted at their behavior and Janie had the nerve to tell me to enjoy the rest of my day bull****.
