So I boarded this company recently. I had an overweight bag. Due to this I had to go to to excess baggage side. When the guys scanned my bags. They saw my phone in the bag. Managed to open my bag, still my phone. On tracking it, I can see it left the airport and thats it. All attempts to get assistance with it are zilch. I made contact via whatsapp. Ever since nothing. Just a sorry. Don't put valuables in your bags. Somehow these guys liase from baggage check in to the bags being loaded. Wonder if the cut reaches all the way to the complaints department as well.
