Just ****ty service. Trip got cancelled because of COVID. They then tell me they will give me a voucher to my account. What did I find out…. They subtracted almost half as a “fee”. ******* trying to capsulise on the situation. Same thing happened with airline, and they were very happy to issue a voucher and a flight change at no cost. Choose them in future
