I flew with Flysafair on the 18th of November and travelled with one small suitcase as hand luggage which was requested to be skychecked due to space. My suitcase never arrived with me and only came 5 days later. Upon examination, most of my designer clothes and shoes had been ****** along with my wigs. These were valued over R40 000 and proof of payments were provided for the items. They have processed my claim and offered R2500 which isn’t even enough to replace one pair of shoes!
