I took a return trip to Cape Town from OR Tambo. On arrival in Cape Town I reported that the lock was broken off my suitcase and the suitcase was damaged due to the lock being broken off. I used the suitcase a couple of times and now I cannot put a lock on. Safair refuses to pay for anything and they have a disclaimer for just about every event. It is a very one sided and unfair agreement that their flyers have to commit to. They could have made a small gesture and paid for a new lock, the bubble wrap or the suitacase.
