They are useless!

Missed my early morning flight, got to the airport and the lady said that she could not find any more flight to book for me. I went to all other airline and they either had nothing, the flights were too high for my budget. I was actually flying to my graduation on that day. I went to Mango airways and a guy adviced me to search online. I searched and found a flight WITH FlySafair! I went back to the counter and told the lady that the very same flight is showing online, could she help me book it. She said that she could not see it on her system...I said but it's the same company? She said yes but for some reason it was not showing on her system. She said I ought to book it and then right to them to refund me part of the initial flight that I missed. I booked it. When I returned from Cape Town, I wrote to FlySafair and they refused to refund me! I am still upset with this company!
