Theft. Plain and Simple
I am in the situation where I live in the UK and won't be visiting SA indefinitely. Their cash refund policy is unacceptable and I view it as theft of my hard earned cash. I am looking into what I can do legally. This is no longer about the money but the principle. Who are they to dictate what I should pay them for a service I never received. A shocking 45%....I don't think so.
FlySafair I have tickets booked with a number of airlines around the word that I am dealing with at the moment. None have adopted the policy you have. I would like to see how you came to this conclusion and decided that you were entitled 45% of my hard earned cash for a service YOU canceled and DID NOT DELIVER. If you are happy with your justification and are prepared to try and ***** my money the least you can do is show me the legal process you followed and how you came to the decision you are entitled to half of MY MONEY. Your lack explanation above is unacceptable. Your business has shown its true colours as have many during this crisis. *****ing other people’s money seems to be a great South African tradition. You've learnt a lot from the Government.
