Theft out of checked luggage and no interest from Flysafair

My daughter and flew to Port Elizabeth with absolutely no complaints. Our return trip was another story. We closed our suitcases with cable ties and both of them were opened between check in, in PE and collection in Jhb as the cable ties were removed and 6 golf ***** (Titleist Pro v1x), which cost me +-R450, were ******. I reported it via email to Flysafair on 1/3/2025 and again on 6/3/2025 and to date I have had no response or reply. My daughter informed me that clearly they don't care about the theft, so we won't be using them again
