Theft in the airline industry!!

This is now the 2nd time my parents have flown with fly safair and the 2nd time their LOCKED bag was opened by thr staff loading bags. The first time jewellery was ******, this time its it 100s of rands worth of skincare. This is disgusting!!! And this syndicate needs to come to an end. Don't ever pack anything of value because there are ********s working
