Theft from luggage Safair

Shocking that for years now the blatant theft from check inn luggage is still rampant with Safair. My wife flew from Joburg to East London to find that her luggage had been ransacked by their staff. Thousands lost, insurance we had but even gifts are to be packed only if you have proof of purchase, so next time you receive a gift and anticipate packing it when travelling with Safair please ask for proof of payment, or like us you are supporting the blatant thievery going on and replacing at your expense. Yes you take insurance with your ticket, Safair uses Chubb as a third party, good choice Safair they are as useless at customer service as what you are. The only way Safair is still operating is at the demise of their competitors, sad but true.
