THEFT!!! BE AWARE!!!

I flew on the 27/08/2021 at 09:05 on flight 11:20 FA -311 from Lanseria to CT. I unfortunately and stupidly did not cable tie my bag as I really thought that it would be safe. (MAYBE I TRUST TOO EASILY!!!)

Got to CT and got my bag, got rental car immediately and travelled up to Calvinia. The bag was not out of arms reach at ANY given time. I got to Calvinia and discover all 3 my brand new shoes ******.

I thought I would take this up with FlySafair when I get back to CT. I did so but they referred me to Lanseria. Who in turn told me to phone their customer care. No use in doing that as I only had 24hrs to report this.

I will never fly with you again. It's THEFT. How can your employees get away with this? DISGUSTED.
