The worst part of our holiday

Space was a huge issue, the seats can not recline and are incredibly small, you cant buy snacks on the plane unless you have cash or a credit card or a voucher (no clue where you would buy this) . It took us 1.5 hours to check our luggage even though we checked in online. Coming back we couldnt do an online checkin and there were apparently no seats available. Please also be aware that even if 2 people share a suitcase, the weight limit remains 20kg thus not 40kg we were entitled to combined. The food served on the plane is sandwiches , jungle bar, dry cake and a very small water (only two options - Veg or Pastrami) The rest you have to buy IF you have a credit card, cash or vouchers. (No -one informed us about this prior to the flight). We also had a 4.5 hour trip with a baby that was constantly crying, and the attendants did nothing to try and assist. I would rather pay more with another airline before enduring this again.
