THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! R15300 and NO BAGS INCLUDED!!!!! MISSED FLIGHT!!

after using FlySafair for many years TODAY was a turning point. the family was booked for 7 days to PE, flight to PE @ 11:50. FORST we had to see how it was booked because nothing we had confirmed, economy or priority. SO we confirm and change return to Priority. Flight: R15300, + R300 for return priority. NOW time to check in... OH no bags... I MEAN WT ACTUAL F!! o back to the counter so for R15300 NO BAGS INCLUDED????????? SO R2400 later we have bags BUT GUESS WHAT - we missed the flight - next flight Tuesday 1st July. And this for wife and Kids on holiday to see the gran and cousins - THE WORST EXPERICNCE I HAVE EXVER EXPERIENCED!!! it USED to be a company we enjoyed using BUT we will never use flysafair again. you are obviously making too much money now to GIVE AF...
