THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD

Safair must have the worst customer service in the world. As an international traveller - I emailed them becuase I want to split a PNR and make a change to only one client - they send this automated response to call their 087 number - as an international traveller - I have been holding for 2 days for over an hour on both days . I tried the whatsapp line but of course there is no one to assist only robotic answers. This is just disgusting. they have to realise there are other options available and they need to either employ more people or close down customer service completely because there is no service.
