The worst airline & staff

Never in my life have I experienced such horrible service with an airline. I give them zero stars. I cannot fathom how an 11h40 flight was found to be faulty due to technical issues but at 17:31 there is still no solution or sold communication on when we will be leaving OR Tambo. The flight attendants and the staff is so rude when all they should be downing is trying to change sentiments with their passengers
