The new go-to airline

I really love how you don't ask people to pointlessly take out the headphones when you take off/land. They are great for babies and other noises. This eliminates a very frustrating process.

Also - it's appreciated how you still use the removable headrest covers - other airlines I won't name (Mango) gave up on that.
