The incomparable of Safair Airlines

Hi I am the grand mother of a 3yr old boy who now lives in Cape Town with his mother. On the 10th of June he flew down to Durban to spend a week with his father. Safair allowed this child to board the aircraft with a wrong surname which is not on his birth certificate. When l did approach manager of the call Centre she could not explain how this was allowed. I asked to speak to Me Conradie but that could not happen if u dont go through their channels. My biggest concern is that this country being so rife with child trafficking allowed my grandson to board the aircraft with a wrong surname and allowed it to happen. My concerns are that safair does not take extra measures to check all thes particulars and as a result it happened. God forbid from the aircraft being in crash or problem , my grandson would have not been attended because of wrong identity and safair 's negligence . My concerns are about children being taken or kidnapped and safair will allow it to happen because of the incompetancy.
