Thanks for the refund but disabled travellers' needs are unresolved

Since my last post, Safair has refunded me, thank you very much. However, there is no progress on the dire situation of disabled travellers, who are not allowed to take their wheelchairs and s******s (even light ones) in the hold. What are we supposed to do? Until such time as you improve your policy, you are being discriminatory and unfair and my entire family will continue boycotting
