Shout out to Busisiwe from the FlySafair George branch for saving the day and bringing ease to our anxiety when we returned to George only to find out that our luggage was still in Johannesburg somewhere in their ba*****t. Apparently we did not board the plane whereas the flight attendant did not even bother to scan our boarding passes lol. Infact, The Johannesburg staff that was in charge of the fragile luggage was absolutely rude to us, they told myself and other passengers to take our own trolleys to their ba*****t??? , that made me feel uneasy about our luggage from that moment on. Please fix the Johannesburg branch,I am utterly disgusted by the amount of anxiety that was caused upon my partner and I. THANK YOU BUSI FROM THE GEORGE BRANCH,YOU GOT TO THE BOTTOM OF THINGS!, 5 stars for you ,You should be promoted as Superior.
