Terrible staff!!!!

I'm so horrified by the service I received today.. You guys refused to check in my luggage because I was 10 minutes late.. I had a 5 year old with me and need assistance Due to unforeseen circumstances I was late. You guys literally gave me a don't care attitude... From the person Tsidi refusing to check in my bag with attitude to the supervisor not giving a **** that I had my child's clothes in that bag!! And then ofcourse just carrying on with whatever conversation.. The fact that I was with my little boy, an exception could not be made... You guys made me break down in tears, no one bothered to tell me that flight FA288 would be delayed and here I am with my little boy and 2 bags in my hand literally running to our gate to only find out that its delayed... I'm disgusted. The worst service ever!!!!!! I hope no one else goes through what I did!
